Your health and well-being are in focus on Movement Day, Thursday the 9th of October from 12:00-2:00 p.m.!

At SDU, we want all employees to have the opportunity to get active during work hours. Research shows that sedentary work increases unhappiness and illness, and that walks and active breaks increase both creativity and well-being. Because of this, SDU Moves has arranged Movement Day, which is a chance for all employees to find inspiration. Show up for either a walk 'n' talk, floorball or one of our many other planned activities. The choice is yours.

At Campus Esbjerg, a joint warm-up will be arranged for staff and students in the period 12:00-12:15, prior to the day's activities. The warm-up will take place in the Hall UC Syd.
